Each container provides 30 servings. One serving is 2 softgels for the phosphatidylserine and DHA formula, or 2 tablets for the loquat leaf botanical formula.
Each two-softgel serving provides DHA 200 mg, Phosphatidylcholine (soy) 35 mg and Phosphatidylserine (soy) 60 mg.
It also provides Vitamin B1 1.2 mg, B2 1.4 mg, B6 2 mg, B12 2 mcg, Vitamin D3 20 mcg (800 IU) and Zinc 6.5 mg.
Each two-tablet serving provides Bromelain 0.4 million IU and Citrus Extract 200 mg, equivalent to 100 mg flavonoids.
